This course covers the building blocks of music for DJs: beats, bars, and phrases, and how to recognise the right moments to start the next track.

Track structure is explained step-by-step, from how songs are built in a DAW to how that structure appears in Rekordbox. Discover how to spot visual and audio cues that signal when to transition, and learn to mark them with memory cues, making a guide to easy-mix-in every track!

Then, you’ll follow the guide on the CDJs to put it all into practice: from mixing tracks in perfect phase to EQ'ing exactly on time.
