Can I use the online academy from anywhere in the world?

Yes, you can access the online academy from anywhere around the globe providing you with the flexibility to learn anytime and anywhere.

I forgot my password.

If you forgot your password go to the 'Log in' page and choose 'Forgot password?' to reset your password.

I have not received my verification e-mail.

When signing up, you need to verify your e-mail. Please note it can take a while until you receive this e-mail. Also, please check your spam or junk folder. You can request a new confirmation e-mail via the Log in page.

I want to change my contact details or password.

While logged in, you can update your contact details via 'My account'.

Is there a minimum subscription time?

There is the option to take a monthly or yearly subscription. When taking a monthly subscription, the minimum duration is 3 months. You pay for 3 months at once when you sign-up. After these 3 months, your subscription will be renewed every month

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

With a monthly subscription, you can cancel anytime after the first 3 months. With a yearly subscription, you pay for one year in full. When you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the next billing cycle or until the end of month 3 when cancelling in the first 3 months.

What are credits and how do they work?

You receive 300 credits every month with an online academy membership. These credits can be used to unlock tools. Tools include sample packs, project files, and guides. Or you can use them to participate in competitions or livestreams.

What if I run out of credits?

You receive 300 credits every month. You can also top-up your credits by going to 'My account'.

Can I change my payment method?

To change your payment method, go to My account > Membership & billing > Manage membership > Edit payment type.

There is an issue with my payment

You can change your payment settings via My account > Membership & billing > Manage membership.

We've noticed an issue with Maestro & Bancontact payments. If you are using one of these cards, please change your payment method to continue your plan via My account > Membership & billing > Manage membership > Edit payment type.

How do I reactivate my online academy membership?

You can reactivate your online academy membership via My account > Membership & billing > Manage membership and choose to reactivate your online academy membership.

What happens if I cancel my online academy membership?

Sad to see you go! Your account remains active until the end of the cycle period. After, your account will be downgraded. Your credit amount will still be visible but will stay frozen until you re-activate your online academy membership.

Can I use the sample packs for my productions?

Yes, of course, these tools are made to be used in your productions.

How do I join the Tomorrowland Academy community?

You can join the community via Discord.

Do I need any DJ gear or software?

You can follow the course using any DJ set-up or software. Tomorrowland Academy is using a variety of controllers and software such as Ableton and Logic Pro.

Can I get feedback on my mixes and productions?

Tomorrowland Academy regularly hosts feedback sessions and demo submissions.

How do I participate in a competition?

Tomorrowland Academy regularly publishes new competitions. You can find all the new competitions, livestreams or events on the 'Calendar' page. After unlocking the event, you will be able to upload your submission.

Where can I find the masterclasses that I bought?

You can find your purchases via 'My purchases' in the menu.

How do I activate subtitles?

You can activate English subtitles on the courses by clicking the subtitles icon on the right side of the video.
