DJ contest: Asia Music Event

Step on the stage in Hong Kong during Asia Music Event. This could be your moment. Enter the Tomorrowland Academy Contest and show the world what you’ve got. Create a mixtape that captures your sound, your energy and the journey you want to take your audience on.

Taking place at Soho House Hong Kong, Asia Music Event will bring together artists, labels, festivals, platforms and industry leaders from across Asia and the international electronic music industry. Through panels, keynotes, networking & showcases. The winning DJ will be invited to perform at the Asia Music Event Official Closing Party on November 27, sharing the programme with leading international DJs and artists from AME’s upcoming lineup!

Follow the footsteps of many Tomorrowland Academy students who played showcases at Tomorrowland Belgium, Tomorrowland Brasil, Tomorrowland Winter, Ushuaia Ibiza and many more.

Jop Govers started his journey at Tomorrowland Academy community last year. He has been actively jumping into livestreams and has kept sending in demo's to the Tomorrowland A&R's. He entered DJ contests and won, earning his spot on the Tomorrowland stage.

Submit a mixtape at least 30 minutes long and showcase yourself, every genre is accepted.
The submission deadline for the competition is November 11, 2026, at 23:59 CET. Good luck!
Winners will be contacted via e-mail before November 27, 2026.
